Grossly, it is gray-brown and elastic. All for section and labels as: A1 Jar 0 Microscopically, it shows proliferation of nests and sheets of keratinocytes with eosinophilic cytoplasm, central amorphous keratin production and calcification. Immunohistochemically, p53 stain shows a wild-type pattern. Ki-67 proliferation index is low. A proliferating trichilemmal cyst is considered. The section margin is involved. Ref: 總院 S1133364 [01].
